In 2022, we wholeheartedly embraced the Backpack Program as it seamlessly aligns with our mission; to feed with respect and dignity, no questions asked. This mission holds a special place in our hearts and the Backpack Program represents a unique opportunity to furth it in a meaningful way, addressing a crucial need in our community. With the help of the Kansas Food Bank, dedicated volunteers, and generous donors, The Lord's Diner is able to provide packs of shelf-stable food to over 200 students at nine Catholic schools in and around Wichita.
